Granite monument in new location. New guardrails at hospital with granite monument beyond.  
Replacement for old metal stairs. Administrative terrace taking shape. Installation of guardrails at the Play Yard walkway.

March 17.  A tour of the Immigration construction progress was offered to the public. Photos below, by Lynn Eichinger. are from that visit.

Examples of carved poetry in the detention barracks. The sample on the right is the result of testing methods of revealing hidden characters. The time-consuming process costs $100 per character and may destroy intermediate works.
Footprint of the interrogation room. There will be a granite table with embedded identity cards and interrogation transcripts placed here. Outlines of waiting rooms for immigrants.
