committed. We will continue to pursue additional grants and thank you for your
patience.
You may submit this form online or fill it
in, print it out, and mail to Angel Island Association, P.O. Box 866,
Tiburon, CA 94920. It may also be faxed to 415-435-2950.
Please note that your trip MUST have an
educational component to qualify for a scholarship. Recipient groups are
also required to report back to us after the trip to help us communicate the
scholarship program value to our funders and encourage future scholarship
donations.

If you have not heard from us within 2 days of online submission or 1 week
of fax submission, please contact us to ensure your application was
received and email/phone information was correct. We request that you apply
a minimum 10 business days in advance of your tour date to allow for
approval and processing of your request.
